March 1 is self harm awareness month. Wear a black ribbon around your left wrist if you self harm. Wear it around your right if you have or want to support the healing of those who are or know someone who does. Let's see how many there are.
I haven't cut in a week, I've been eating, I haven't burned, I haven't lost my temper, I haven't done anything that would harm me in any way for a while. It's not much, but it is a start!
